How do I find a particular journal?
Answer
How do I ... find a particular journal/periodical?
If you have the name of the periodical (newspaper, magazine, journal) and just want to know what years/issues are available at Maryville, search the Journal A-Z list.
You can search by title (including title abbreviations), ISSN (the unique 8-digit number assigned to most periodicals), Subjects, Publisher's Name, or all of them together.
It includes all of Maryville's periodicals in any format, print, microfiche, electronic, etc.
If the journal is online accessible, you will be provided a link to the appropriate database or web site where it is available. Always check the years of coverage before following a link to ensure the particular date you need is included.
If the periodical you want is not available at Maryville, you can use ILLiad to request specific articles.
